IPMAT Registration 2027: Dates, Direct Link, Fees & Documents

IPMAT registration 2027 will begin in the first week of February 2027. Registration for IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak will begin separately on their respective official websites. The registration link is expected to remain live for 25 to 30 days for IIM Indore and 35 to 40 days for IIM Rohtak.

You must complete the IPMAT registration process by mid-March for IIM Indore and by the first week of April 2027 for IIM Rohtak. Both institutes will allow you to edit your application after the registration period ends. The form correction facility will be provided to students who have paid the application fee. The IPMAT registration fee is ₹4,130 for general candidates and ₹2,065 for SC/ST/PwD candidates for IIM Indore and ₹4,937 for IIM Rohtak.

Who Can Register for IPMAT 2027?

In order to register for the exam, you have to make sure that you meet the IPMAT eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for IPMAT Indore and IPMAT Rohtak slightly vary. The maximum age limit is 20 years for general candidates at both institutes. Check the detailed eligibility below.

IPMAT Indore Eligibility Criteria

• You should have been born on or after August 01, 2007. 
• If you are from a reserved category such as SC/ST/PwD, you can avail age relaxation of 5 years.
• If you have passed the class 12 board examination, you are eligible. In case you are appearing for the 12th examination, you are still eligible to appear for the exam on the condition that you must provide the relevant documents at the time of admission. 

IPMAT Rohtak Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 60% marks in the 12th examination is mandatory if you belong to the general category. If you come under the SC/ST or PwD category, your minimum 12th marks should be 55%.
• The age requirement is similar to IPMAT Indore. Your age should not exceed 20 years. However, for reserved candidates, the age limit is 25 years.
• If you have not completed your class 12th but are appearing for the final examination, you are eligible to apply for the exam. 

IPMAT Registration Fees

You can only pay the application fee online via methods provided on the portal. The IPMAT registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. IIM Indore charges 18% GST, which is included in the registration fee itself. Check the fee for both institutes below.

How to Register for IPMAT 2027?

To apply for IPMAT, you have to fill out the application form for IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak separately. The step-by-step process to apply for both institutes is as follows. 

IPMAT Indore Registration 2027

Step 1: Go to the IIM Indore official website

The first step is to visit the official website of IIM Indore at iimidr.ac.in. Do not go to any third-party website to fill out your application form. 

Step 2: Visit the IPM Page

Now click on the Programmes tab provided at the top of the page. Click IPM to go to the program’s admission page.

Step 3: Read the Notification

Once you visit the admission page, review the admission details, from eligibility to the application fee, before you apply for the exam.

Step 4: Complete the Registration

Now click on the “Online Registration to Get User ID and Password” link. Once you click it, you can register first. Complete the registration step to receive the user ID. Your portal will be created once you register successfully.

Step 5: Fill Out the Application Form

After completing registration, log in to your portal using your user ID and password. Now you can fill out the IPMAT Indore application form by providing your personal, academic and other details.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

Your application will be considered invalid if you do not pay. Pay the IPMAT Indore application fee before the last date and download the fee receipt.

IPMAT Rohtak Registration 2027

To apply for IPMAT Rohtak, follow the registration steps as mentioned below. We suggest students fill out the application form before the deadline to avoid technical or other issues. 

Step 1: Visit the IIM Rohtak Official Website

To apply for IPMAT Rohtak, go to the IIM Rohtak official website at https://www.iimrohtak.ac.in/index.php

Step 2: Navigate to the IPM Page

Now click the Programmes tab in the top navigation bar. Click on it and choose IPM from the list.

Step 3: Know Eligibility and Other Details

Before you start filling out the form, read the admission page to know about eligibility, registration, fees and the selection process.

Step 4: Register Now

After reviewing the details, click the Apply Now tab on the right side of the page. Complete the registration steps to proceed with the application form. 

Step 5: Fill Out the Application Form

When you fill out the application form, provide the details as specified. Any error will lead to rejection of your application. 

Step 6: Pay the IPMAT Application Fee

Upload the required documents and pay the fee online before the last date. Once paid, the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Common Mistakes to Avoid During IPMAT Registration

Here are a few common things you should keep in mind during the application process. Any errors or misleading data will simply result in your application being rejected.

• Do not provide an incorrect date of birth or name. Be careful when providing your personal data, as you cannot change it once you submit the application.
• Recheck your name spelling. It should match the certificate you are providing.
• Download the confirmation page after you have paid the application fee. Save the application form for further use.
